Winner 'Commitment to Healthy Eating Award' March 2013

Pulsetta recently won the 'Commitment to Healthy Eating Award'. Especially as a new company, this is a great achievement for us and one we are very proud of. To be acknowledged as delivering a standard of care for our customers in our dedication to promoting health and wellbeing is something we are very proud of and very humbled to be recognised for.

 

The award, presented at the annual Grampian Food Forum Innovation Awards, is judged by the world-renowned Rowett Institute of Nutrition and Health. Their knowledge of food and nutrition is world-class.

 

After the ceremony, our CEO and founder, Dr Karsten Karcher said, "On behalf of the entire Pulsetta team, we are delighted and honoured that the Grampian Food Forum has recognised our commitment to healthy eating."

 

We didn't achieve this alone, though. We would like to say a special thank you to all our partners who have supported us since the beginning.

 

This is an important award to us as it embodies our values so perfectly, and so to win really makes us want to cheer out loud. Which we may still do.

 

'Innovation of the Year Award' Runner-up December 2012

Pulsetta were recently runners-up for the inaugural 'Innovation of the Year Award' by Interface.

 

Interface connects businesses from a vast array of national and international industries to Scotland's top 24 higher education and research institutes. A free and impartial organisation, Interface seeks to encourage innovation and help companies find ways to incorporate academic support to help them run more efficiently.

 

Being affiliated with Interface, and receiving their support, has been valuable to Pulsetta during our development. To be recognised in their awards ceremony is a terrific honour, and we would like to thank Interface for selecting us from the vast array of new businesses that have been launched in Scotland this year.



Dr Siobhán Jordan, Director of Interface said: "These shortlisted entries recognise outstanding examples of knowledge exchange across Scotland.
